Cynthia has over 30 years of experience in academic libraries in collections, acquisitions, special collections, and liaison librarianship, with specific expertise in e-resource licensing. As a Certified Association Executive, Cynthia also has expertise in not-for-profit leadership and management.

Alexandra (she/they) manages the provincially funded Open Educational Resources (OER) service for Atlantic Canada and represents Atlantic Canada in national conversations about OER and affordable learning. In this role, she supports publicly funded post-secondary institutions with the promotion, creation, adaptation, and adoption of OER. Their interests are in accessibility, OER and open pedagogy, and the intersections of OER and belonging, and have presented this work at conferences such as OpenEd and Open Horizons.
Laura Chadwick, MI

Laura manages the e-resources licensing program and the member knowledge and skills development program. Her responsibilities include liaising with vendors and member parties to address ordering, access, licensing, invoicing, and training, as well as managing the logistics of webinars, in-person events, and educational opportunities for CAAL-CBPA committees and member institutions.
