Purpose
The CAAL-CBPA Audit Committee assists the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities. The Committee achieves this purpose by reviewing and making recommendations to the Board regarding the internal audit processes and finances, including audited financial statements that will be provided to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.
