CAAL-CBPA supports diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the information professional community.<\/p><br>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Cette subvention permettra :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Support self-identifying Black, Indigenous Peoples, or Person of Colour in, or from, the Atlantic Region pursuing information management careers, either directly, or in partnership with other organizations and\/or institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Assist self-identifying&nbsp;Black, Indigenous Peoples, or Person of Colour&nbsp;working in information management careers at CAAL-CBPA member libraries, either directly, or in partnership with other organizations and\/or institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p><\/p><br>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Crit\u00e8res d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\n<\/p><ul>\n<li>Le demandeur doit \u00eatre un citoyen canadien ou un r\u00e9sident permanent et un r\u00e9sident du Canada atlantique (qui peut \u00e9tudier \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du Canada atlantique).<\/li>\n<li>Persons who self-identify as Black, Indigenous (First Nation, M\u00e9tis, or Inuit), or Person of Colour.<\/li>\n<li>Les candidats doivent repr\u00e9senter l'une des cat\u00e9gories suivantes :<\/li>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Employ\u00e9 actuel dans une biblioth\u00e8que ou archive CBPA.<\/li>\n<li>Currently enrolled in, or accepted into, an ALA-accredited program in Library and Information Studies or a Library and Information technology program; <strong><strong>ou<\/strong><\/strong> graduated from an ALA-accredited program in Library and Information Studies or a Library and Information technology program in the last 2 years.<\/li><\/ul><\/ul><p><\/p><br>\n\n<p><\/p><h2 style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Les candidats sont pri\u00e9s de fournir les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Description of current or future plans in the information field;<\/li>\n<li>Description of the planned use of grant (e.g., support for degree, project, etc.);<\/li>\n<li>Statement of self-identification;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9sum\u00e9\/Curriculum Vitae; and<\/li>\n<li>Deux lettres d\u2019appui ou de recommandations.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p><\/p><br>\n\n<p><\/p><h2 style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Date limite de candidature :<\/strong><\/h2>May 26, 2026<p><\/p><br>\n\n<p><\/p><h2 style=\"font-size:16px;\"><strong>Soumission<\/strong><\/h2><p><\/p>\n<p> Please submit applications via the <a href=\"https:\/\/caal-cbpa.ca\/fr\/grants\/bipoc-information-professional-grant\/\">Grant page<\/a> on the CAAL-CBPA website.  Confirmation of submission will be sent to the applicant.
